Ulcus Cruris in patients with multimorbidity and polypharmacy. Local and systemic treatment for several weeks without success. Angiologist recommended lower leg amputation.

Followed by local monotherapy with ActiMaris^® wound irrigation solution sensitive for 20-30 minutes, followed by ActiMaris^® wound gel once a day for 4 weeks. After for weeks of local treatment with ActiMaris^® Wound Irrigation Solution sensitive and ActiMaris^® Wound Gel, complete wound healing and skin epithelisation.

Tongue base carcinoma
